Kshetra Kshetragna Vibhaaga Yoga - Bhagavad Gita Thirteenth Chapter

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Thirteenth chapter – Kshetra Kshetragna Vibhaaga Yoga

Arjuna: hey Krishna, what is prakruthi, who is purusha, who is kshetragna, what is actual knowledge? Can you kindly tell about them?”

Shri Krishna: Arjuna, this body is called kshetra and the one who knows about the kshetra dharma is called kshetragna. Arjuna know that the kshetragna in all the living beings is me. Knowing about the kshetra and kshetragna is the actual knowledge

Kshetra Kshetragna Vibhaaga Yoga bhagavad gita
Kshetra Kshetragna Vibhaaga Yoga bhagavad gita

Kshetra is a combination of wish, hatred, happiness, sadness, physical body, energy, will power etc.

Not praising oneself, not having attitude, following ahimsa(peace), having patience, following dharma, having stability, self-control, not having interest in worldly things, not getting attached with family, not getting disturbed or excited even if the things go as per our wish or not, staying alone and having a constant bhakti, trying to get atma darshan is considered as actual knowledge.

Gita Abhyas – Best book to keep bhagavad Gita in practice

Entire universe is filled by parabrahma. This is there in the living being and outside the living beings. Know that prakruthi (nature) and purusha (atma) are very old. All the gunas (everything including feelings) are born from prakruthi . And the purusha who is in this prakruthi experiences the gunas. Based on his (Purusha) attachment with gunas, he will get his next life. If one can see himself different from prakruthi gunas and can have atma darshan will get moksha.

Even though the world looks different (with many people, animals, things and all), it is dependent on only one thing which is called brahmatatva. And one who can recognize and see that one thing will get mukti.

Bhakthi Yoga - Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Twelfth Chapter

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Twelfth Chapter – Bhakthi Yoga

Arjuna: hey Krishna, there are people who worship you in saguna rupa (considering god in some form) and Nirguna rupa (seeing god in everything without any form). In this 2 types of people who are best?

Also read importance of reading Ramayana

Bhagawan shri Krishna: people who keep their whole concentration on me and worship me with complete devotion are best, in whatever form (saguna or nirguna) they worship. For the people who worship me as nirguna rupa, it will be very difficult to control manas. Reaching me by worshipping in nirguna rupa is difficult.

Gita Abhyas – Best Book to keep Bhagavad gita in Practice

Arjuna keep your manas and buddi in me, then for sure you will reach me. If you can’t keep your manas and buddi constantly in me, then try to reach me by abyasa yoga (like doing japa, tapasya….). If you can’t do abyasa yoga, involve yourself in the karmas belonging to me (like doing good working in the name of god, or doing Pooja or works related to temples etc). If you are so weak that you can’t do karma’s belonging to me, then do sharanagathi (completely surrendering) to me and offer the karma which you do for yourself and give up the karma phala. By sacrificing the karma phala, you will get peace.

Vishwaroopa Pradarshna Yoga - Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Eleventh chapter

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita  Eleventh Chapter – Vishwaroopa pradarshana yoga

Arjuna: Krishna all my moha (unwanted desire or illusion) was gone, with the knowledge you have shared with me. I am willing to see your vishwaroopa. If you think I am eligible for it, kindly show me your vishwaroopa

Bhagawan shri Krishna: With your normal vision you will not be able to see my vishwaroopa. I will give you divine vision, see my vishwaroopa

Then Bhagawan shri Krishna has shown his vishwaroopa to Arjuna.

Arjuna witnessed Krishna with unlimited number of eyes, jewelry, weapons… Arjuna was able to see the entire universe in Krishna. Bhagawan Krishna was glowing with an energy which is equal to 1000 sun’s put together.

Then Arjuna bowed down before Krishna and told

Arjuna: Hey bhagawan, in your vishwaroopa I am able to see all gods, all the living beings, lord brahma, lord Shiva. You have unlimited no. of hands, faces, eyes. There is no start and end to you. I am afraid to see you with unlimited shoulders, hands, faces, legs. Your face is glowing like fire. I am unable to see you like this.

I can see all the kauravas, bhishma, drone, karna and many other people entering your mouth which is glowing like fire. Some people’s head are getting stuck between your teeth.

Hey paramathma, please come back to your shantharoopa (peaceful form). I am unable to understand you (aggressive form which Arjun has seen). Please tell me who are you.

Bhagawan Krishna: I am mahakal (form of shiva), my work is to destroy. Even if you stop doing the war, all this people are going to die. So Arjuna get up and do the war. You will get the credit. Kill the people, who are already killed by me.

Arjuna who is afraid, did namaskar to Krishna

Arjuna: I am getting fear by seeing your vishwaroopa, I am willing to see you as Vishnu

Shri Krishna: Arjuna don’t be afraid by seeing my vishwaroopa, now see me as Vishnu

Arjuna saw Vishnu rupa

Arjuna: My manas has become stable by seeing you as Vishnu

Shri Krishna: To get my darshan as Vishnu is very difficult. Even gods will be eagerly waiting to get my darshan. Bhakti is the only way to get this darshan. A person who has offered all the karma’s to me, who has bhakti, who doesn’t have interest in external world, who doesn’t have hatred towards anything only can get this darshan and can reach me.

Raja Yoga - Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Ninth Chapter

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Ninth Chapter -Raja Guhya Raja Vidya Yoga (Raja Yoga)

Bhagawan shri Krishna: Arjun I will teach you the ancient knowledge which is best and easy to follow. I am there in all the places. When I take a human form most of the people will not be able to  understand my greatness and they will neglect me.

For all the universes I am the father and mother. I am the one who gives karma phala. I am the one whom you are supposed to know. I will take care of the person who keep thinking of me without any wish.

raja yoga bhagavad gita
raja yoga bhagavad gita

People who worship God’s (here gods means gods like sun, Indra…. not Vishnu or Shiva) will reach gods, people who worship pithrudevatha (forefathers in the form of gods) will reach them and people who worship me will reach me.

I will accept things (leaf, flower, fruit, water..) from people, only if it is given with complete devotion. Arjun what all you eat, what all good you do, what all donation you do, what all tapasya you do, like this offer everything to me.

Also Read Navavidha Bhakti

In this way if you do things with sanyasi buddi and offer me everything, you will not be bound by Karma. So you will be freed from all the bonds of Karma and you will reach me.

I will be in all the living beings. I will not hate or love anyone. But if a person worships me with complete devotion, he will be in me and I will take care of him.

So Arjuna offer your manas to me , become my devotee and worship me.

Importance of Sun light and its Health benefits

Importance of Sun light and its Health benefits

Before we learn about the importance of sun light, I want to ask you 2 questions.

1.How frequently you see sun rise?

2.How much time you spend in sun light daily?

If you are not seeing sun rise frequently and if you are not spending minimum 15 minutes daily in sun light then you have to know how much you are losing in your life

Hindhu Dharam says  Arogyam Baskaraditcheth “  meaning bhagvan Surya Narayan will give good health. It says if you have health problems worship bhagawan surya Narayan.

In olden days people used to have practice of doing suryanamaskar early in the morning and they used to spend their time in sun light. That’s why our previous generations are healthy.

Now let us understand, why Hindu dharma says to do surya namsakar or to worship sun god early in the morning and what we are losing because of not doing it

Importance of Sun light and its Health benefits
Importance of Sun light and its Health benefits

Getting exposed to sun rays have many benefits

Vitamin D which we get from sun rays is precious and we can hardly get it by any food or supplement. This vitamin D has so many benefits

It will promote calcium absorption, like if you take food which have calcium you need this Vitamin D, so that your body will absorb that calcium else your body can’t absorb the calcium.

It will improve your immunity power.

It will reduce the risk of cancer, Asthma, Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, infections (viral or bacterial), rheumatoid arthritis, auto immune issues and many

Sun light directly stimulates the production of endorphins in the body which will reduce stress and anxiety. It will not let depression to come near you and it will keep you active. Like this there are many benefits which we get by sun rays of the early morning.

Also Read 20 + 20 Funda for healthy and peaceful life

Now a day’s many people are getting calcium problem and depression, especially in women because we are not getting exposed to sun light.

So friends from now make a habit of spending minimum 15 minutes in sun, early morning every day. If you can do surya namaskar or pray sun god in sunlight it will be best. If you can’t do surya namaskar atleast spend 15 min in sun light early morning by walking or even just sitting. Some people have the habit of brushing or drinking tea sitting in sun light, you can try this as well so that you can get the benefits of it.

And if you can’t spend time early morning try to spend 15 min in other time of day , because something is better than nothing.

In many countries there will not be proper sun light. But in Bharat we are blessed that we will have good sun light throughout the year.  So friends make use of it and be healthy & happy.

Akshara Parabrahma Yoga - Shrimad Bhagavad Gita eighth Chapter

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita eight chapter – Akshara Parabrahma Yoga

Arjuna: Madhusudhana (lord Krishna), how a yogi will get to know you during the death time ?”

Bhagawan Shri Krishna: A person who leaves his body by thinking about me will reach me. There is no doubt in it.

Soul will attain the thing, about which the person thinks during the time of leaving the body.

So Arjuna you keep remembering me all the time. If you offer your manas and buddhi to me, you will reach me for sure.

People who always keep remembering me, will have a stable manas during the time of death. And with devotion and  power of yoga they will keep their prana Shakti (living force) between the eye brows and reach me.

People who get Moksha will not have rebirth, which is the root cause of all the sufferings.

Even if a person reaches Brahma lokam, he has to take rebirth. There will not be rebirth only if the soul reaches me.

Brahmas day time is equal to 1000 Maha yugas (1 maha yuga will have four yugas) and his night time is equal to 1000 Maha Yugas. All the nature and universe will be born and exists during Brahmas day time and during his night time, they will be destroyed.

Paramathma  is above all this and will not be destroyed. If you reach paramathma you will not have rebirth. And that Paramathma can be reached only by devotion.
